Here are several important updates.

Coaches have determined that Tuesday’s will work better for practices for March and April. We’ll still go from 7-9PM at Nimitz but will do so on the following dates.

March 9, 16, 23, and 30
April 6, 13, and 20

Please mark your calendars.

For our March Tournament, we’ll be playing in the RoHawks Tourney here in San Antonio, the weekend of March 19-21. Schedule TBD.

Finally, for those parents who haven’t made the winter payment of $150, we can take care of that at our next practice.

Attached to our SA Storm team site you’ll find the TENTATIVE tournament schedule for this winter and summer. There’s still some things to sort out but this is our first look.

We’ll be playing our first tournament in one week (Feb 20th and 21st) in the San Antonio MAYB tourney – which actually will take place in Seguin, at AJ BRIESEMEISTER MIDDLE SCHOOL, 1616 W. COURT SEGUIN, TX 78155.

The bracket for that is out and is also attached, with our first game taking place at 10AM.

Lastly, we’ll handle team payments this year in two installments. We’ll ask for $150 per player now, and another, smaller payment at the start of the summer.

After reviewing everyone’s availability, the best option is for us to get together Sunday as orginally planned, provided we can secure the Eisenhower Gym.

Coach Jim is trying to arrange a scrimmage with another team possibly, otherwise we’ll have one last workout on our own in advance of middle school tryouts.

So keep Sunday penciled in and we will keep you all up to date for more specifics.

The Nov 8th Tournament is now moving its date to Saturday, Nov 7th.

We need to know what everyone’s availability is for that date. If you have partial day conflicts, let us know if you’re open in the morning or afternoon.
